Trainer Biography
Bella, 18, is a horse trainer from Ohio who has been riding horses her entire life and training independently since the age of 13. Over the years, she has worked with a wide variety of horses, including AQHA horses, mustangs, rescue horses, gaited breeds, barrel horses, and ranch horses. She especially enjoys problem-solving and helping horses overcome challenges to become confident, willing partners. Bella has spent much of her life in the show ring and is excited to continue expanding her experience by competing at larger events. Her foundation in horsemanship comes from her mother, who taught her the importance of understanding horse behavior, reading body language, and building trust through clear communication. Passionate about continual growth, Bella is always looking for opportunities to improve her skills and learn from both her successes and mistakes. She enjoys studying respected trainers such as Martha Josey and Clinton Anderson while developing her own approach to training. Bella hopes to continue building a career in the horse industry and is excited to take on the challenge of the Bluegrass Mustang Makeover.
